Choosing the right Adventure Holiday
Travel on public transport and see the world like a local! Adventure Tours are designed for those that want to get up close and personal with local cultures, people and places. These tours stay in a mixture of accommodation including local hotels, guesthouses, eco-lodges, home stays and even the occasional cave and tree hut. They include some excursions, from camel safaris to bicycle tours and there are additional optional excursions available. If you like the thought of travelling with a small group to far-flung destinations and don't mind carrying your own bags this is the travel style for you.
Overland Tours take the age-old tradition of driving an expedition vehicle across continents and makes it accessible for those travelling on a budget. Accommodation is a mixture of camping and hotels with some upgrades available locally. A number of excursions are included, from national parks and ancient ruins to boat trips and trekking and you can choose from other optional activities along the way.
Budget Expeditions are iconic and have been taking young travellers to exciting, challenging and unforgettable destinations for many years. These tours operate in South America and Asia and are optimised to keep the tour price low and give you the freedom to choose your own activities and create a holiday that suits your personality and budget. Short but sweet! Add Ons can be booked alongside our group tours or on their own, giving maximum flexibility. They can generally be booked over any dates, are between 1-6 days long and take you to major travel highlights. We operate Add Ons on five continents including short safari breaks in Africa, Inca Trail options in Peru and Rio Carnival in Brazil. This is the perfect option if you want your travel pre-arranged but prefer not to do a group tour, or wish to travel over very specific dates.
