T&Cs:
- Standard referral and friend credit amount is £75/€75/A$140/NZD15 per referral.
- Refer-a-friend programme must be mentioned at time of booking to qualify.
- Referrals are not retro-active and not transferable.
- Referral credits can be combined towards one purchase if desired.
- Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the friends booking.
- A minimum purchase of £500/€500/A$900/NZD1000 is required to use referral and friend credit.
- Refer-a-friend credits are only available on bookings made by UK, Australia and New Zealand residents, directly with Tucan Travel reservations office (not for online bookings).
- The referrer (person referring the friend) must have travelled with Tucan Travel prior to the friend (person being referred)’s booking being made.
- The referrer will be entitled to £75/€75/A$140/NZD150 of credit towards their next Tucan Travel adventure only once the friend (person being referred) has paid the balance in full.
- The friend must never have booked, or travelled on, a Tucan Travel trip previously.
- The friend (person being referred) will be given £75/€75/A$140/NZD150 off their first Tucan Travel trip when they provide the name and email address (that matches the one held by Tucan Travel) of the customer (person referring) who has previously travelled with Tucan Travel at time of booking.
- The referrer may refer several new friends.
- Refer-a-friend credits can be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- Tucan Travel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
